Our team of trainers are available for group and 1:1 In person training. All trainers have gone through a trainers program with the founder and the head trainer. All Lash Brow Mastery trainers come from different backgrounds that have helped them to be the expert at what they do. We are all moms who loves being a team player and also care for each students success in Lash and Brow Career.

With a background in Fashion Design and Communication, I’ve been a driving force in the industry since 2000. After intensive training at Ryerson University, I built a robust career as a National Visual Merchandiser and Men's Product Development specialist at Marks. Since immersing myself in the eyelash industry in 2016, my mission is to provide lash artists, students, and clients with the best lash lift products. I’m committed to delivering exceptional results, using high-quality ingredients, and being mindful of our environmental impact. My dedication goes beyond aesthetics, focusing on both the benefits and the artistry of the craft.

I’m Laryssa the owner of Maxx Beauty Lounge. I’m a wife & mother of 2 in Calgary, AB. I began my career in cosmetics in 2001, explored Pharmacy and Medical Office roles, but my passion for beauty led me back in 2017 to offer Gel Nail and Lash Lifting services, where I discovered and championed a gentler option only 6 months later. November 2020 I began my teaching career exclusively with Cysteamine-based lash/brow lifting systems. I’m so privileged to be part of the Lash/Brow Mastery Educators team.
