Softening enhancer is used to easily soften coarse and strong hair. After using the Step 1 Softening Cream, apply the enhancer to the root of the lases and process for additonal 3-5 min. Do not apply to the tip.
 
It can be used on it's own for 5-6 minutes or more as needed.  Extra timing recommended on the roots.
