Shipping Policy

• Tinakdesign is not responsible for wrong addresses given on purchase invoice.

• Order will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

• Tinakdesign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are tracked as "Delivered". 

• ​International Shipping purchaser is responsible for any and all tarrifs that are charged. Shipping fee will be notified and charged before shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Do to the nature of these products we do not offer any refunds. 

• All sales are final.

• Exchanges are only applicable to damaged product reported to us within 10 days of purchase receipt. 

• Product will be replaced with the same as the reported damaged product.
