• Order will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

• Tinakdesign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are tracked as "Delivered". 

• ​International Shipping purchasers are responsible for any tariffs that are charged. Shipping fee will be notified and charged before shipping. USA shipping - duty will be charged to the receiver.

Return & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final.

• Exchanges are only applicable to damaged products reported to us within 10 days of purchase receipt. 

• The product will be replaced with the same product as the reported damaged product.
