Self stick Soft silicon compensator has more elastic silicone and has stronger “stickiness” to adhere perfectly to lashes and pads. 
With a larger arc, it can fit more perfectly with different styles of silicone pads. 
It has small tabs on each end for ease to grab the compensators. 
The inner side is concave to lock the solution tightly when fitting.
