The reusable silicon under eye pad is used to cover the lower lashes and to protect the skin when tinting.
How to use: Check both sides to see which side fits the eye shape better.
- Cleanse the under eye area
- Add distilled water if it isn't sticking to the skin with a wet q-tip
How to Cleanse:
- Clean with soap and water
- Dry and soak it in Preempt HLD5 for 5 min
- Rinse and dry
